Espace Alpe d'Huez : what are the dates for the 2025–2026 winter season?
The Alpe d’Huez ski area, along with the various ski lifts on site, will be open from 6 December 2025 to 19 April 2026. With guaranteed snow and legendary slopes, the ‘Isle of Sunshine’ promises another thrilling season for enjoying the joys of winter sports.

Your booking in Villard Reculas

Can the marketplace carry out my searches and bookings for me?
The Villard Reculas marketplace is not a booking centre, so it is not authorised to handle all aspects of your booking. We have therefore designed the platform to make your experience as simple, intuitive and seamless as possible.
Is it advisable to book your stay in advance?
During busy periods, such as school holidays or Tomorrowland Winter, certain services may quickly become unavailable.
To avoid any unpleasant surprises on arrival, we recommend that you book your stay in advance directly via our online platform. 
What should I do if I don’t have
a booking confirmation?
Although you have not received confirmation, your booking may have been confirmed. Before placing a new order, we would advise you to check with us regarding the actual status of your initial request. You can send us your booking reference or any other queries directly by email using our contact form.
Can I get an invoice for my stay?
The marketplace does not issue invoices.
However, a sworn statement can be provided for CSEs, along with a summary of your order. Invoices for subscription packages are available in your customer account. For any other invoices, please contact the merchants from whom you made your purchases directly.
What documents should you keep in case of a problem?
When making a booking, please make a note of your order number and keep a copy of your transaction details. Should you lose your booking, experience a technical fault, or be involved in an accident, you will then be able to provide your booking details promptly so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What are the different payment methods?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue, American Express, and Oney in 3 or 4 instalments at no extra cost (for amounts between €400 and €4,000).

I need help with my ski pass what should I do? 
If you have any questions about the packages, you can send your booking details or any other enquiries directly via the contact form on the SATA website, the ski lift company for Espace Alpe d'Huez.

Accommodation

How can I check the availability of accommodation in Villard Reculas?
Go to the ‘Accommodation’ tab on our website, then enter your dates of stay and the number of people. The properties displayed will be available for the dates you’ve selected.
How can I see the location of the accommodation?
In the ‘Accommodation’ section, simply select your preferred accommodation. Its location will appear on the interactive map, marked by a black circle.
Is accommodation available on a nightly basis or only on a weekly basis?
Most properties are available on a weekly basis, usually from Saturday to Saturday, to simplify organisation and check-in. However, some properties can be booked on a nightly basis or for customised stays, subject to the owner’s terms and conditions. Please check the details of each listing to see what options are available.
I can’t find any available accommodation. What should I do?
Our listings are updated in real time based on availability. Please ensure you have entered your dates and search criteria correctly in the accommodation tab. If no properties are displayed, this means there is no longer any availability for the selected criteria.
How do I find the web host’s contact details?
You can contact the owner via their property listing by clicking on ‘Contact the host’ at the bottom of the page.
If you have already made a booking, you can also find their contact details in your customer account on the platform or booking e-mail confirmation.
What happens when I arrive at my accommodation?
Check-in at your accommodation depends on the property manager.
Details regarding check-in arrangements (time, where to collect the keys, etc.) are usually specified in your booking confirmation or on the property listing. Please remember to check your emails or contact the property manager directly to arrange your arrival.

Insurance

What insurance should I choose for my stay in Villard Reculas? 

Ski insurance: covers on-piste rescue costs, medical transport, and reimbursement of ski passes and lessons for any days not used following an accident, where applicable.
